The Problem with Contracts

Most of our competitors will tie you into a fixed term contract when you engage them as your cleaning contractor.

The problem with such contracts is that they are almost entirely weighted in the favour of the cleaning firm. Should you become dissatisfied with the level of service you are receiving you will probably find that you are unable to sever the ties with them without serving a lenghty period of notice or suffering some other penalty. We've known from experience that this can even be as long as 6 months! That's 6 months of having to put up with a service that simply isn't good enough. And during that time what incentive does the cleaning firm have to improve the service?

When you engage Premier Cleaning Service (Northern) as your cleaning service provider the only security we have is the quality of our work. We know that by providing a high standard of service you will be so happy with our performance that you will want to continue our business relationship indefinitely.

However, despite all the advantages of a contract-free service, should you, for any reason, prefer to have a contractual arrangement, we will be more than happy to comply with your wishes.
